1. Natural Material Characteristics

Natural stone is an authentic quarry product. Subtle variations in shade, veining, texture, and mineral crystallization are natural hallmarks of authentic Indonesian stone and are not defects.

2. Export Quotations & Incoterms

All international commercial quotes are governed by Incoterms 2020 (principally FOB Port of Tanjung Priok / Surabaya, or CIF to destination seaport).

3. Packing and Quality Inspection

Shipments undergo piece-by-piece inspection and are packed in fumigated ISPM-15 wooden crates lined with protective foam. Pre-shipment photo documentation is provided prior to container sealing.
